Refund Policy

At PeopleSmart.Solutions, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and services that support personal growth, professional development, and team effectiveness. Our tools—such as DISC assessments, coaching sessions, workshops, and training programs—are designed to create long-lasting value. However, we understand that sometimes circumstances change. The following outlines our refund policy to ensure clarity and fairness for our clients.
1. Digital Products and Assessments
All purchases of digital products, including but not limited to DISC assessments, profile reports, and downloadable training materials, are final and non-refundable once the assessment access codes have been delivered or accessed.

If a technical issue prevents delivery or access, we will work promptly to resolve the problem or reissue the product at no additional cost.

Unused assessment codes may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided they have not been activated.
2. Training Programs, Workshops & Online Courses

If you register for a training session, workshop, or online course and wish to cancel:

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the start date are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date may be eligible for a 50% refund or full credit toward a future training of equal value.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the course or workshop has begun.

3. Coaching Services and Live Facilitation

Coaching packages (individual or group) and live facilitation services are refundable if cancelled at least 72 hours prior to the first scheduled session.

After services have begun, partial refunds may be issued for unused sessions at the discretion of PeopleSmart.Solutions.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
4. Subscription Services or Retainer Agreements

Monthly or annual retainers are typically non-refundable once service delivery has commenced.

Termination of retainers must be submitted in writing with 30 days’ notice.
5. Custom Programs or Corporate Contracts
Custom programs and contracts tailored for organizations (including licensing, private label assessments, team training, or leadership development programs) are subject to the terms outlined in the individual service agreement.

Any deposits made to reserve time or resources for custom programs are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the agreement.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
We are committed to client satisfaction and understand that unforeseen situations can arise. In exceptional circumstances, refunds or credits may be granted outside the terms above on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of PeopleSmart.Solutions leadership.
